Complex Pinot bouquet with notes of ripe sour cherry, goji berry, smoky bacon aroma and ethereal savouriness such as fresh bay leaves underpinned with a hint of juniper. Straightforward and tight-knit on the palate with ripe acidity and grainy tannins.
