Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, bright ruby red colour. Finely drawn and finesse-rich nose, noble and clear, with fine savouriness, pine needles, ripe berries, and candle wax. Great juiciness and clear fruit on the palate, with a beautiful tension and elegant finish, savoury, currently still a little bold, can and will age.
