Dark ruby colour, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fresh herbal savouriness, nutty flavour, with black forest berries in the background, delicate hints of plum, a hint of soy sauce, multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, red berry, taut, fine tannins, salty minerality, lively and well persistent, a racy food wine with further certain ageing potential.
