Delicately cloudy medium orange yellow colour. Intense nuances of kumquats and white flowers, subtle notes of ripe apricots, tobacco in the echo, multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, finely meshed, white stone fruits, fresh acidity, mineral and salty, an animating Natural Wine.
