The red wine »Re(d)volution« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Bio Weingut Maier has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Prior, Cabernet Carbon, Monarch, Cabernet Cortis from the region Baden in Germany.
Blend of Prior, Monarch, Cabernet Cortis and Cabernet Cabon. Quite dark in the glass, blackberry, elderberry and plum on the nose, also tea and ink. On the palate there is lots of fruit, which is in the foreground, also power, substance and spice. Ideal with braised dishes and beef.
