Tasting Notes
There is some saltiness in the melted butter hints that initially appear on the nose. More air reveals hazelnut creaminess. The palate reveals tone, concentration and lemony verve, all anchored in (for a village wine) astonishing limestone depth. This is rich but willowy, serene and seductive. The finish is dominated by full-flavoured freshness. A.K.
