Cherry red in colour. An open, fruity bouquet shows notes of ripe sour cherries and red plum, accompanied by balsamic-tinged strawberry liquorice. Juicy on the palate with a well-integrated, lively acidity, leading to caramel and redcurrant jelly notes.
