Tasting from 01.01.2016: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Attractive tropical fruit notes, yellow bell pepper hints, delicately underlaid with blossom honey and vanilla. Juicy, elegant, good fruit, which is countered well by a lively acidity, gentle caramel and orange fruit on the finish, good length. A sturdy food wine with definite ageing potential and fine minerality.
