Bright, intense straw yellow with a sparkling core. Open, fragrant and inviting nose of subtle flint, candied lemon, a touch of butterscotch and lastly, sage and nettles. Racy salty tones spread across the very round and coherent palate, with a crispy, fine texture and a punchy, long finish.
