Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale lemon yellow with a green touch. Aroma of freshly cut green apple, pear, some fennel, then green gooseberry. Juicy on the palate, slightly vegetal and again gooseberry, clear, extremely gluggable, slightly salty and a little almond bittersweet on the finish.
