Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear golden yellow with fine mousse. Fine yeast notes, brioche and baked apple on the nose with light spice on the end. Fresh on the palate, with well integrated mousse, very good drive on the palate and medium-long aftertaste, slightly bitter finish.
