Tasting Notes
Bright, rich ruby with a slight purple shimmer. Opens with a somewhat cool nose, with scents of mint and sage, then cassis, ripe blackberry and a little liquorice. Firm tannins, coated in fine texture, very deep, crisp fruit paired with earthy notes.
