Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very bright cherry red with bright rim and subtle mousse. Restrained on the nose with fine hints of Amarena cherries and plums and a soft smoky note. The palate is precise and juicy, clear, seems dry, sparkling clean finish, great food wine.
