Bright silver-green with a persistent mousse. Filigree nose, delicately fragrant, a potpourri of crisp yellow apple, lemon and saffron, fine nutmeg. Beautifully sweet on the palate, nougat, with a balanced mousse, open-hearted, accessible, finishing on coconut flakes.
