Tasting from 31.05.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Subtle yellow in the glass and fruity and fresh on the nose with aromas of stone fruit, white peach, and Mirabelle plum, with additional notes of citrus fruit such as grapefruit and bright flowers. Delicately structured on the palate with lively, yet balanced acidity, finely textured with some residual sweetness providing charm, and fruity notes of yellow apple and citrus. An easy-going, accessible Rivaner, that is a pleasure to have as an aperitif. .
