Patina-like spiciness, very ripe, mild on the palate with a slight sweetness, intensely aromatic. 2nd bottle: distinctly fresher, mineral spice, nougat, chocolate, tannins here too markedly soft at the start, then crumbly and grainy, powerful tactile minerality, iron, spicy cherry, very homogeneous in its suppleness and powerful.
