Tasting from 10.10.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Matured without the influence of wooden barrels. The aroma needs some time to develop its fruit: cherry, black cherry, also sour cherry. Almond. Dark chocolate, thyme, mint and other herbs. On the palate, the wine has a juicy structure, youthful, firm yet fine-grained tannins, ripe, well-integrated acidity and clear mineral tones on the finish. A diamond in the rough.
