Light greenish yellow in colour. A delicate, grapey bouquet with notes of peach and citrus overlaying a fine slate character. Rather lean on the palate with restrained aromatics, but nonetheless exciting and direct. Crisp, well-buffered acidity leads to a finish that's long and salty. A crystal clear, dry but not bone dry Riesling - unique for Switzerland.
