Deep red in colour with a delicately fruity bouquet of fine berries on the nose, characteristic of Pinot Noir, with a subtle oak note. The palate is rather restrained in flavour, with tightly built, dense, fine-grained tannins, juicy acidity and a good, underlying minerality. An elegant, classic wine, that combines finesse with concentration.
