Dark shining garnet. On the nose, rich wild berries, a hint of fruit tea, preserved cherry, then tobacco and pepper, with a finish of freshly ground coffee powder. Very polished on the palate, opens with gentle, determined drive, elegant and yet powerful, fine-meshed tannins accompany the long finish.
