Tasting from 26.11.2021: Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon

Clear, rich ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Intense nose with fine spices, cardamom and bay leaf, then rich blackberry, plum and cedar wood in the background. Hearty and grippy on the palate, unfolds with grippy tannins, salty, firm drive on the finish.
