The red wine Altemura Primitivo di Manduria DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Masseria Altemura has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Primitivo from the region Puglia in Italy.
Intense, compact ruby red with a bright core. Restrained nose, light on ripe raspberries, lush cherries and some Amarena compote. In the mouth very pleasant and harmonious, spreads wide and fruity, also grippy and gripping, gives more gas in the second part and finishes multilayered on juicy currants.
