The red wine Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2022 from the winery Massolino Vigna Rionda has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Light, transparent ruby red colour. Finely drawn bouquet with notes of graphite, liquorice, juicy redcurrants and cherries, also some red pepper, varied. Polished attack, then sweet fruit in front of powerful tannins, subtly savoury through to the finish.
