Bright straw yellow with fine olive-green reflections. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of apricot, crunchy pears, a touch of nutmeg and then hints of white flowers. Crisp on the palate, with an effervescent mousse and fine wild berries, but somewhat set on the finish.
