Shimmering lemon yellow with a green touch. Rich yellow apple and Williams pear, coated in sugar melon and honey. Sweet fruit on the palate, with good mousse, characteristically sweet, but with a certain freshness on the palate, opluent southern fruit in the finish.

Bright silver grey with persistent mousse. Delicate aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers on the nose. Very rich on the palate with a vivid mousse, spreads widely over the tongue, then very sweet and rich, opulent on the finish.
