Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Clear spontaneous nose with lots of spice and herbs, some clove, hop flowers, also cider and yeast. Taut and lean on the palate, yet also substance, phenolic grip in the middle of the palate, the acidity is present and well integrated, fine astringency in the finish. Beautiful!
