On the nose, a spicy-Balsamic aroma, with dried lemon peel, still very closed. On the palate the wine has a cool impression, yet also offers breadth, and accentuated freshness from the cultured acidity, the perceptible sweetness is completely countered by mineral extract. A subtle wine for the long haul.
