Tasting Notes
Nose with ripe apricot, mango and savoury wood notes, also savouriness, some allspice. Lean and taut on the palate with a firm core, again wood savouriness and also mineral notes, fine saltiness. Has not yet exhausted its possibilities, certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingHighly ripe, almost slightly overripe apricot, roasted banana on the nose. Powerful and quite boyish on the palate, a sturdy structure with slowly emerging, hearty acidity, full-bodied finish. Difficult to predict.
