The white wine »Blattgold Alte Reben Diamond Collection«Riesling trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Mehrlein has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of caramel, almond and marzipan, as well as peach and lime. On the palate, the wine has a straightforward structure, fruit-driven sweetness, the very well-integrated acidity providing length, a delicate layer of phenolics is also evident. A harmonious, well-balanced wine.
