The red wine 142-4 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Metinella has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red. On the nose, truffles, ripe wild berries, a hint of sealing wax, with a roasted hazelnut aftertaste. Juicy and clear on the palate, with a salty undertone, tightly woven tannins, also has grip and drive throughout, long finish.
