Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, flint ruby red. Finely drawn nose of ripe raspberries, also shows a beautiful use of wood, liquorice and a hint of wet stone, with a black leather finish. Very juicy on the palate, medium length, harmonious and with good drinking flow, pithy mineral finish.
