Bright silver with delicate green reflections. Slightly restrained on the nose with notes of green apple, baby banana and sage. Beautifully sweet on the palate, balanced, well-integrated mousse and great freshness, a wine for all celebrations!
More about the tastingBrilliant pale straw yellow with persistent mousse. On the nose some flint, strawberries, orange peel, candied ginger. On the palate a coarse-grained mousse, a deep and substantial structure with a lot of fruit texture, then unfortunately seems a bit cloudy in the aftertaste.
