It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with silver reflections and numerous fine bubbles. Reminiscent of pears, chamomile, white pepper and a hint of shortbread. Opens crisply on the palate, with clear, precise pear fruit, shows a beautiful interplay between freshness, mousse and sweetness, reminiscent of grapefruit, with an emphatic finish.
