Clear, bright straw yellow colour. Somewhat restrained nose of acacia and linden, fresh cider pear and quince, as well as a hint of caramel and nut butter. It proceeds pleasantly over the tongue, with playful acidity penetrating the rich fruit texture, good harmony and freshness. Compact and light-footed, with good length and a returning juiciness on the finish.
