Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby with brick-red reflections. Initially slightly oxidative on the nose, then opens up to roasted aromas, lots of pickled dark fruit, dried tomato, a hint of thyme and date, exciting. Soft and velvety on the palate, with very well integrated, fine-grained tannins, amazing freshness, elegant fruit core, very long finish.
