Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Brilliant, golden straw yellow colour. Fine, rhythmic and persistent mousse. Notes of apple, pear and delicate hints of grapefruit and mandarin. Dry and taut on the palate, this time with warmer and riper citrus notes. Mineral and distinctly aromatic flavour. Lingering finish.
