The sparkling wine Cuvée alla Moda Franciacorta DOCG Brut from the winery Monzio Compagnoni has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Nero from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with a delicate light gold colour and persistent mousse. Fine potpourri of citrus fruits, lemon, grapefruit, white flowers, wet stone and cold smoke on the nose. The palate also has precise citrus notes, slightly salty, well balanced, makes a solid impression, finishes dry on the finish.
