The sparkling wine Cuvée alla Moda Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé from the winery Monzio Compagnoni has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine, continuous and lively mousse. Complex nose with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits, wild flowers and a distinct hint of bread crust. Dry, broad and multi-layered on the palate. Fruit flavours linger. Fresh acidity and a salty finish.
