Tasting Notes
Bright, luminous onion skin colour. Inviting on the nose, with creamy forest fruits, brioche and a hint of honey. Spreads silky over the palate, with elegant mousse, lingering into the fruit-accentuated finish.
More about the tastingBrilliant, brightening apricot colour. Dried apricots, dried strawberries, some peach and pear, plus fine floral tones and vanilla scent on the nose. Fresh on the palate, with many fine small bubbles, also textured throughout, almost creamy, overall very well dosed and balanced.
More about the tastingBright salmon pink colour. Aromas on the nose of yeast, brown bread and sea salt, along with hints of light forest fruit. The palate opens with good structure, the mousse is fine and it shows delicate, sweet fruit. The finish is balanced.
