Medium, delicately cloudy golden yellow colour. Candied lime and tea tree, subtle yeasty nuances of cloves, very multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, hints of grapefruit, citrus fruits, fine acidity, salty on the finish, persistent, a cool style, limes on the finish.
