Bright, slightly hazy light golden yellow colour. Hints of pine forest, fresh bark, candied lime, delicately toasted nuts, a pleasant yeasty touch. Lean, white fruits, fine acidity, chalky minerality, fine savouriness on the finish, salty, light-bodied and subtle on the finish. A very lively style.
