Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Light pale cloudy yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicately smoky-reduced underlying nuances of bergamot and roasted nuts, lemon balm, verbena, multi-faceted, inviting bouquet. Tightly meshed, white stone fruit, finesse-rich structure, gripping minerality on the finish, very young and clinging, certain ageing potential. This is how good a dry Palomino can be.
