Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Fresh herbal spice, a hint of aniseed, yellow pear fruit, delicate tangerine zest. Complex, fine notes of quince, delicate fruit sweetness, elegant, mineral, salty touch, will benefit from bottle ageing.
