Tasting from 04.06.2013: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Expressive aroma of exotic fruits and gooseberries. This is accompanied by appetizing nuances of paprika, tomato green and Mediterranean herbs. Clear and extremely juicy on the palate - Sauvignon par excellence. The acidity is well integrated, giving the wine verve and liveliness. Sounds like summer, but is also guaranteed to taste delicious in other seasons. A congenial accompaniment to carpaccio or shellfish.
