Tasting from 12.06.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very light, sparkling pink with orange highlights. Delicate, elegant on the nose, with notes of raspberry, lemon zest, and a sea breeze, as well as a hint of fresh puff pastry. Balanced and precise on the palate, with a harmonious interplay of creaminess and acidity, and a lingering, salty finish.

Bright, pale old rose, fine, persistent mousse. Appealing and finely drawn nose with notes of strawberry, pomegranate and redcurrants. Very good presence in the attack and on the palate, fine red fruit notes, persistent and salty finish.
