Bright, light silver, lots of fine-grained mousse. Fine nose with an interplay between yeasty and fruity notes, apricot and pear, with a hint of brioche. Shows beautiful play on the palate, juicy, clear, fine mousse, long-lasting, salty-mineral notes on the finish.
