The sparkling wine Franciacorta I Filari Brut DOCG from the winery Muratori has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
Subtle bouquet, with yeast, buttery notes, damp gravel, and almost some pepper and flint. A crisp acidity, a fine mousse, and a very subtle oak-influenced palate structure, but this does not detract from the clarity of the construction. It has a mineral-tinged finish, and it is a lovely sparkling wine.
