Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich, shimmering greenish yellow in colour with a touch of gold. On the nose, explosive aromas of ripe apricot, peach blossom and candied orange peel, with a hint of salted caramel. The palate opens powerfully, showing beautiful maturity, complex, with an interplay between juicy acidity and fruit, with a long, rich finish.
