Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Shimmering ruby red in colour with a purple hue. On the nose, an expressive bouquet of small dark forest berries, paired with tobacco and dark chocolate. Spreads finely over the tongue, with velvety, youthful tannins, rustic and yet pleasing in its structure, with a lively finish, may still mature.
