The white wine Baron Salvadori Chardonnay Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Nals Margreid has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, light golden yellow intensity on the colour. The wine opens with lots of ripe fruit notes of pineapple, mango and chamomile and even hints of white chocolate. It is balanced and rounded, spreading out well, giving juicy, vivid, well-integrated acidity and it lingers long in the mouth.
